The Statistical Office in Poznań presents the latest edition of the „Statistical Yearbook of Wielkopolskie Voivodship”, which is the 26th edition since the administrative reform of the country in 1999. By providing the latest information about economic and social changes taking place in the voivodship, the yearbook offers a quantitative description of the region’s development. 

The latest statistics of the current edition refer to 2024, while figures concerning regional accounts and gross agricultural output refer to 2023. By comparing the most recent data with information for previous years, readers can evaluate the scale of changes in the voivodship and identify directions of development. Statistics for 2024 in the thematic tables are compared with corresponding figures for 2015, 2020 and 2023, while charts show continuous time series enabling more in-depth retrospective analysis.

While the general structure and the thematic scope of „Statistical Yearbook of Wielkopolskie Voivodship 2025” is essentially the same as in the previous editions, the section devoted to wages and salaries has been extended to include information about the structure of wages and salaries by occupation derived from a representative biennial survey. 

The yearbook relies mainly on official statistics although data from administrative sources have also been used.
