Drawing on Eurostat data which, thanks to the application of unified methodology, enable comparisons between countries and regions, publication "Wielkopolskie Voivodship compared to the regions of European Union 2024" highlights changes that have occurred over the last two decades in selected parts of Poland, with emphasis on the Wielkopolskie Voivodship. The process of transformation since 2004 is presented in comparison with statistics for the European Union (27 countries).

The following brochure prepared to mark the anniversary contains statistical tables, charts and maps with information about demography (including changes in the median age or the rate of natural increase), education (such as the percentage of children aged 4 in early childhood education or the percentage of people aged 15–24 who are not in education, employment or training), the labour market (the unemployment rate or the employment rate), science and research (including expenditure on R&D activities, the level of innovation), and especially about the economy (e.g. its development in terms of GDP per capita).
